Refund policy

Return or refund is applicable only if the product is damaged or incorrect product is send.(this process requires full opening video of parcel without any cut or pause).

If an order is placed through our website and the customer wishes to cancel it before dispatch  handling charges of 15% will be deducted from the total bill amount(we do not entertain cancellation without genuine reasons ). Cancellation not possible if the product is dispatched from our end . 
Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned parcel (in case of shipped orders) and it has to be  verified and approved by our team.we bare the shipping charges of returning parcel,but you have to resend it back in your preferred courier service .

Please note that the colours of fabrics seen in photos and videos may vary slightly due to individual mobile screen settings and saturation levels. Such variations are not considered defects. Therefore, products cannot be returned or exchanged based on colour differences caused by screen displays.

All our products are handwoven, and minor weaving irregularities are part of their unique beauty. These are not considered defects but a natural characteristic of woven textiles.
If you prefer products without any such weaving variations, we kindly request you not to shop.
